Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Thank you for using C# Quiz ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use the App.

2. User Account

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License

The App and all content, unless otherwise stated, are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
Submit false or misleading quiz answers
Use any automated means to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Google Classroom Integration

If you use the Google Classroom integration, you authorize the App to submit your quiz score to the Classroom assignment you specify. Only the score and a label are sent — no additional personal data is shared with your teacher beyond what is already visible to them in Classroom.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@pixelagent.co.uk. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the App is operated.
